  1. Kristian Vladimirov
    Bust0 started beatboxing in 2005 and since then he has become the Bulgarian beatbox champion for 2010 and two times vice champion for 2012 and 2013. He also won many other local competitions. He is now participating in many musical projects and is also a member of the duo The Bandwagon. The Bandwagon is formed by Bust0 and Popoff who is the Bulgarian champ for 2012. They are doing different sync beats involving rap, house, drum and bass, jazz, funk and many more.

    Ph.D
    Sia is an entrepreneur with 15 year experience, vice-manager of Master Degree Program “Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovations in IT” and lecturer at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Business & Finance College – Sofia and MAMK Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences – Finland. Her interests are connected with entrepreneurship, business management, innovations and innovative technologies, as well as music, singing, piano playing and dancing.

    Ph.D
    Pavel Stefanov is a professional sound engineer specialized in classical recording, editing and mastering. He is an associate professor in the NAM "Pancho Vladigerov", "Sound Engineering" department, where he is teaching practice recording, sound reinforcement, basic video editing; occasionally lectures on musical acoustics and basic sound engineering. He has music education, graduated Rousse School of Music with piano instrument, later NAM "Pancho Vladigerov" in specialty "Sound Engineering" and " Choir Conducting".
  2. Stoyan Mihalev
    Stoyan Mihalev is a Bulgarian pop artist, composer and guitarist. He got popular as the frontman of Kiora band and in 1992 publishes the double platinum album “I believe in you”, sold in 100 thousand pieces. In 1997 Stoyan Mihalev and Viktor Stoyanov form a duo and their debut single “Since you” gets them the prize of MM TV Annual Awards. The album with the same name becomes the best-selling pop album of Bulgarian artist. Stoyan Mihalev is also an author of music and lyrics for other artists and his songs often get famous. Such a song is “Violet color”, written for Irina Florin. He is vice-president of the Bulgarian authors’ society Musicautor.

          An idea for a project can be:   
    • Use machine learning in creative ways to make new music/new interactive art installations, that are expressive and harmonic. You can use, but not limited to the essential music extractor ( http://essentia.upf.edu/documentation/streaming_extractor_music.html ) to extract features (chords, pitch, beats etc.) from audio or use its already pre-computed features (http://acousticbrainz.org/data#getting-data), Open Sound Control protocol http://opensoundcontrol.org/ . You can create mappings between gesture and computer sounds. You can use, but not limited to, Wekinator. Wekinator is free, open source software, it allows anyone to use machine learning to build new musical instruments, gestural game controllers, computer vision or computer listening systems, and more. http://www.wekinator.org/ ( List of music software ).

    • Create an app to make a friendly selfie with a famous singer/DJ. The app should have a library of artists from which the users can choose. The app has to be compatible with Android and/or iOS.
    • Create an app/technology for the music education purposes to be used at School/University. It can include, but not limited to, a library of musical instruments; interesting stories about music history, lessons, etc.
    • Create a music app to learn to play a music instrument.
        

  4. CREATE AN INNOVATIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCE .

         An idea for a project can be: 
    • Use Fun theory http://www.thefuntheory.com/ and design/prototype/create a music project that can change people behavior for better health or/and environment or/and socialization. The project has to be applicable to famous city area and to include the principles of IoT.

  2. CREATE A MUSIC – SOUND - TEXT  PROJECT ON YOUR OWN.
    THERE ARE NO PRECONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS FOR PROJECTS.

       An idea for a project can be: 
    •  Make a song about programming/coding (programming languages, programming technologies, etc.) in English up to 3 minutes long using sounds on your choice. Compose, record and arrange your song. You can use any instrument or voice (including styles such as rap and beatboxing).

  2. CREATE A MUSIC ROBOT PROJECT  ON YOUR OWN.
    THERE ARE NO PRECONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS FOR PROJECTS.

        Ideas for a project can be: 
    • Create a music trajectory maze for a robot to walk (music walker). The maze has to include at least three trajectories with performances using different musical instruments of your choice.
    • How do robots see music?  Implement a robot that tries to visualize "music" by drawing with one or many pens on a sheet of paper. The algorithm for drawing on the paper should depend on the music track so that different music tracks produce different drawings while similar tracks produce similar drawings. A good robot is one that could draw a picture that induces the same feeling in a human being as the music itself would.
    • Robotic installation: Create a music - physics project to present the sounds generated by nature ( http://cdm.link/2016/12/piano-played-clouds/ ).
